Rockmybaby® makes the process of finding a nanny easy. Our priority is to find a professional nanny that fits seamlessly into your family; one who will look after your children and ensure they feel safe and secure in their own environment.
Rockmybaby® has an extensive database of professional nannies available throughout the country. Each has been taken through our three-stage recruitment process including:
Whilst some of our nannies may not have formal qualifications, it is important to us that the people we recruit not only have experience, but a deeper understanding of what it means to provide care, love and attention to your family. We believe a nanny’s role is to provide education and care for your children, while also stimulating their physical, intellectual, emotional and social growth through play in a nurturing, loving environment.
Every family is unique and therefore it is important to find a nanny that will fit your family situation and suits your needs. Whatever level of childcare experience you are looking for, our skilled and passionate team is here to help.
You may like to consider what amount of help you would like, and when:
Many applicants will have been through our vetting process and will be registered with us already, while others may be new to Rockmybaby®. You can be assured that every nanny we recommend to our clients has been rigorously vetted.
We are here to help you through the employment process. Once you have selected which candidate(s) you wish to meet, we can provide you with advice on interviewing, market rates, the employment process, payroll options and any general enquiries you may have.
Our support doesn’t end there. Once your new nanny has been employed, Rockmybaby® consultants will provide you with ongoing support should you require it.
No strings attached - no contracts and days and hours you choose and we take care of the rest. This option is ideal for families that are unsure of their nanny requirements and don't want to engage in a formal arrangement. Our team will supply you with a fully vetted nanny to meet your childcare needs. Invoiced weekly and we take care of payment to the nanny.
Mother's help roles are usually filled by younger women starting out in their careers to become qualified nannies. The role is normally an extra set of hands while the mother is there, however, sole charge periods of time may take place if negotiated or required.
Rates of pay and hours of care are flexible to suit the requirements of the family.
If you are considering booking a mother's help role, please contact us today for a no-obligation confidential discussion about your requirements.
