We’ll notify our fully vetted sitters in your area, and once one of our childcare professionals accepts the job, we’ll confirm their details with you.

After the babysitting booking is completed, you’ll confirm the hours via your dashboard, and we’ll process the payment through your assigned credit card. Too easy!

How it Works

  • Enter your address, required dates, and times for your babysitter. Add a few details about your children, such as their ages, special requests, and any important notes, and you’re good to go!

  • Once you’ve requested a babysitting booking, an available sitter will accept it. As soon as they do, your details will be shared so you can connect directly and be fully prepared for the booking.

  • After your babysitter completes the job, they will log the hours in our easy-to-use website. You’ll receive a notification to review and confirm everything looks correct.

  • Once you hit Confirm, we’ll process the payment via your credit card—no need for cash or last-minute ATM runs. We've got it all sorted for you!

How to Find a Nanny

  • Register your nanny job request online, outlining the role, hours, duties, and any specific requirements for your ideal candidate.

  • Our consultants will review your request and touch base with you directly to confirm details. Once everything is set, we will release your listing to our database of nannies actively looking for work.

  • Our team will send through profiles of interested nannies, including their CVs and experience details. You can review these and let us know if you would like to arrange an interview.

  • Meet with selected candidates, conduct interviews, and find the best fit for your family’s needs.

  • Once you’ve chosen your nanny, a placement fee will apply, and your new nanny can get started. Our team remains available for any ongoing support!
