Babysitting in Auckland: costs
Babysitter, standard rate: $30 per hour
Statutory holidays: $45 per hour
Christmas Day: $50 per hour
Booking fee: $30 per booking
Emergency booking (within 24 hours): $35 per booking
Minimum booking: 3 hours
Children per babysitter: up to 4

How booking a babysitter works
Tell us what you need - your dates, times, suburb, and your children’s ages. Pay the booking fee.
We find your sitter. We notify our vetted Auckland babysitters, and once one accepts, we send you their details. Want someone your kids already love? Request them again.
Enjoy your time out. Date night, a work event, or a morning to yourself.
Confirm the hours. Your sitter logs the hours, you tap Confirm, and we process payment automatically.
